Job Opportunity for Associate: Fellowship Program at ELMS Sports Foundation in Kapadvanj

Project Chhalaang, an initiative by ELMS Sports Foundation is seeking candidates for the position of Associate: Fellowship Program for successfully implementing the first Sports for Transformation fellowship. The Innovation Hub at Kapadvanj, Gujarat is being run in a joint collaboration of Kapadvanj Khelavani Mandal and ELMS Sports Foundation. Supporting in everyday fellows calendar activities, week debriefs, and providing support in the successful administration of the fellowship. Lead the fellowship operations end to end. The person will be reporting to the Manager – Sports for Development Innovation Hub.

Location: Kapadvanj, Gujarat (With a requirement to travel to other locations if and when required)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Fellowship Implementation:

• Coordinating with fellows to follow their daily calendar, daily and weekly debriefs, following up on targets, etc.
• Communicate and coordinate with the fellowship design and on-field teams to align the best practices.
• Handle fellowship implementation operations end to end.
• Handle fellowship program administrative and logistical support.
• Documentation of learning and challenges of fellowship implementation.

Preferred qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing young professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably social sciences.
• Experience in program implementation with limited resources.
• Experience playing team sports at a competitive level or sports coaching would be preferred.
• Alumni of fellowship programs such as Teach for India, Gandhi Fellowship, etc. will be preferred.
• Proven communication skills in Hindi and English both written and oral will be preferred. Any other language proficiency will be an advantage.

Proposed compensation range:

INR 5,00,000 to 6,00,000 per annum depending on the experience and expertise of the candidate.
