Job Opportunity for State Programme Manager (Tamil Nadu) at Helpage India in Chennai

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Reporting to: State In-charge (Tamil Nadu)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project design and development
• Budget Management
• Supervision of all the projects in the state of Tamil Nadu
• Project reporting and evaluation
• Assist State Head/ In-Charge & CSR team for all proposal related tasks.
• Project Monitoring
• Impact assessment
• Any other programme related activities as per states requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: MSW / PG in social work / sociology with at least 8-10 years of hands-on experience.

• Should have excellent communication skills both written as well as oral
• Should have good presentation and PR skills
• Should be computer savvy
• Should be sensitive to the cause of the organization
• Remuneration will be as per HelpAge India’s overall salary structure, skills and in line with those in the sector
