Scope of Position

To support the  Head Individual Fundraising to execute digital marketing campaigns of Oxfam India with an aim to maximize online presence and drive performance results for the brand and its yearly campaigns. Should be able to manage independently and/or with a team SEO, SEM, SMO, ORM, Web development, technology, lead generation, media planning, agency management and other verticals of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1.       Campaign planning – Lead, manage and execute annual and monthly campaign calendar with an aim to

(i) Drive donations (Month on month campaigns) online,

(ii) Generate Leads (Month on month campaigns) for donations and

(iii) Trailwalker Team registrations (3-month campaign).

2.       Work with the Programs team, Regional team, Individual fundraising team,  to jointly plan and execute online fundraising campaigns. Work with Trailwalker central and regional team to plan and execute Trailwalker online lead generation and registration campaign.

3.       Media Planning – Work with digital media agencies and google ad words specialist to lead and execute media planning and buying with an aim to drive performance as per agreed KPIs.

4.       Creative execution – Work with Digital communication officer, communication officer, social media officer and graphic-cum-web designer to plan and execute creative messaging across digital marketing channels with an aim to generate brand awareness and drive conversions.

5.       Reporting and Course correction – Responsible for annual targets set for donors, SEO, Social Media and Trailwalker team registration. Measure, optimize and report on key performance indicators on weekly and monthly basis, annual budgets, monthly budgeted spends and Trailwalker team registrations. Suggest ways to optimize and improve digital performance.

6.       Ideation and digital support – An integral part of core Public Engagement team in ideating and executing plans to improve brand awareness, user engagement and donations for Oxfam India and Trailwalker. Provide digital support to other teams including programs, policy, media and advocacy as and when required.

7.       Content creation, ideation and Support – Lead, manage and work with communications and design team to maintain a monthly/weekly content calendar required for respective digital goals and campaigns. Ideate and suggest new, impactful and innovative ways of communicating online.

8.       Performance oriented – Highly focused on results and responsible for driving performance as per agreed KPIs.

Skill and Competence

  • Minimum Educational Qualification – Graduation
  • Functional Experience of at least 4-5 years in digital/online marketing, online advertising agency, online media network of working on high performance campaigns to drive online leads and conversions.
  • Ability to produce high quality results under significant time pressure
  • Knowhow of digital analytics and media tools like Google ad words, comScore, Google analytics, Nielsen, Hotjar, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and with the team. Team Player

Relocation

During the course of employment the post holder may be required to move base on a temporary or permanent basis to any workplace controlled by Oxfam India

Travel

The candidate should be willing to travel within the region/country extensively and be deployed for extended periods in humanitarian response programmes in the field.
