Responsibilities     
A- Office Management:

  • Inventory Management – managing the assets and materials for staffs
  • Coordinate regularly with Central Office for work
  • Procurement of goods/services
  • Photocopying/Printing and Stationery Work

B-  Data Management and Updating:

  • Student details and Staff database
  • Managing Admissions of Student Alumni in College to Career Programme
  • Petty Cash Management – Handling the team expenses
  • Managing Events and coordinating with Vendors and Shopkeepers.
  • Email id and Password Management
  • Arrange devices for Students.
  • Data Hygiene Check

C-  Document Verification:

  • Verifying and giving feedback on students’ caste or other admissions related documents. 
  • Generating document readiness reports for the students-  verified, stuck or in progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduation (any stream)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of Administration Work experience working in Offices, Schools or Hospitals
  • Computer Knowledge: Able to work on MS Office/Emails/ Google based apps like Drive, Sheets etc.
  • Must be able to write and type in Hindi & Marathi and understand English.
