Responsibilities
A- Office Management:
- Inventory Management – managing the assets and materials for staffs
- Coordinate regularly with Central Office for work
- Procurement of goods/services
- Photocopying/Printing and Stationery Work
B- Data Management and Updating:
- Student details and Staff database
- Managing Admissions of Student Alumni in College to Career Programme
- Petty Cash Management – Handling the team expenses
- Managing Events and coordinating with Vendors and Shopkeepers.
- Email id and Password Management
- Arrange devices for Students.
- Data Hygiene Check
C- Document Verification:
- Verifying and giving feedback on students’ caste or other admissions related documents.
- Generating document readiness reports for the students- verified, stuck or in progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Graduation (any stream)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Administration Work experience working in Offices, Schools or Hospitals
- Computer Knowledge: Able to work on MS Office/Emails/ Google based apps like Drive, Sheets etc.
- Must be able to write and type in Hindi & Marathi and understand English.
