**Job Description**

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced District Coordinator to join our Enterprise Support Services team, based in **Mirzapur / Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh**. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services to enterprises operating in rural India, working closely with our key channel partner, udyaME kiosk. 

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

* **Kiosk Partner Management:** Identify and onboard potential kiosk partners to expand the reach of our products and services.

* **Product Rollout:**  Rollout existing products within the enterprise support services portfolio through udyaME Kiosks, ensuring effective implementation and usage by clients.

* **Service Delivery & Repayment:** Liaise with kiosk owners to ensure seamless service delivery and repayment processes.

* **Field Coordinator Management:**  Facilitate the recruitment and onboarding of field coordinators at the district level as required.

* **Sales Targets:**  Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* **Field Work:** This role requires intensive field visits, averaging 20 days per month.

* **Loan Verification & Collection:** Conduct random field visits to kiosks and enterprises who have availed credit from our partners, ensuring processes have been followed and loan repayments are completed within the designated timeline.

* **Technology Vendor Development:** Ensure the identification and selection of technology vendors to cater to udyaME kiosk needs and field operations.

* **Microfinance Institution Collaboration:** Build strong relationships with Microfinance Institutions in strategic districts to provide credit linkages to entrepreneurs at standard Annual interest rates.

* **NGO Network Expansion:** Identify and engage with new grassroots NGOs to onboard them as clients and expand the network of service providers.

* **Government Scheme Linkage:** Build strong relationships with district-level government departments to provide scheme linkage to entrepreneurs with the support of udyaME kiosk.

* **Enterprise Onboarding:** Ensure smooth onboarding of enterprises onto the udyaME platform.

 

**Desired Profile:**

 

* **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microfinance institutions, leading repayment processes.

* **Livelihood Development:**  Strong working experience in building resilient livelihoods for rural entrepreneurs.

* **Local Marketing:** Relevant experience in building local-level marketing strategies that can be rolled out with channel partners.

* **Digital Platform Onboarding:** Relevant experience in developing operational plans to onboard users onto digital platforms.

* **Target Driven:** Comfortable with revenue targets and performance-based incentives.

* **Self-starter:**  A self-starter and innovator.

* **Technical Skills:** Functional Laptop, good command of MS suits and Google Spreadsheet, and ability to perform basic data analytics.

 

**Job Type:** 12-month Contract with quarterly reviews.
