## Project Associate/Analyst – Foundation for Economic Development
**About the Foundation for Economic Development**
The Foundation for Economic Development (FED) is a Delhi-based non-profit organization dedicated to achieving sustained and broad-based economic growth in India, aiming for a growth rate exceeding 10%. FED focuses on identifying sectors with the highest growth and job creation potential and collaborates with policymakers to implement necessary reforms.

**Our Impact:** FED has identified key sectors like Export Led Labour Intensive Manufacturing, Tourism, and Construction as high-opportunity areas for growth. The organization is currently working closely with the UP Government on its Mission Trillion Dollar economy, as well as with Telangana and Tamilnadu governments on their respective economic growth agendas.
**About the Role**
This is a dynamic and entrepreneurial opportunity for a motivated individual to join FED at a pivotal point in the organization’s growth. As a Project Associate/Analyst, you will contribute to the successful execution of FED’s strategic initiatives, working closely with the leadership team and key stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Execute work plans aligned with FED’s mission and goals
* Assist with stakeholder mapping and advocacy plan development
* Contribute to diverse operational tasks to ensure organizational success
* Prepare comprehensive documents, presentations, and reports (e.g., presentations, excel sheets) for various projects
* Manage and coordinate stakeholders involved in diverse projects
* Analyze publicly available data and provide insightful recommendations
**Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities**
* Undergraduate degree from a Tier 1 college (Masters preferred but not mandatory)
* 2-3 years of experience, preferably in Management/Impact Consulting
* Exceptional analytical and technical skills
* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, protocol, and deadlines
* Strong analytical thinking and sound business judgment
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-facing skills (including presentation and facilitation)
* Highly adaptable and responsive, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Proven self-starter, comfortable working remotely with a team and demonstrating problem-solving and organizational skills
