**Job Location:** New Delhi, India

 

**Experience Required:** Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial management

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

* **Accounting and Finalization:** Manage accounting operations in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards and Auditing Standards.

* **Process Review & Improvement:** Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct process audits to ensure efficiency.

* **Statutory Compliance:** Ensure adherence to the Income Tax Act, Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, and relevant Labour Laws.

* **Internal Audit:** Coordinate with internal auditors and stakeholders to ensure accurate and transparent financial practices.

* **Budgeting & Planning:**

    * Prepare financial models and budgets.

    * Implement variance reporting and tracking mechanisms.

    * Develop Management Information Systems (MIS) and policies.

* **Stakeholder Management:** Effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders including funders, government agencies, and internal teams.

* **People Management:**

    * Guide, coach, and mentor team members to build capability.

    * Provide regular support and feedback to enhance performance.

    * Foster a positive and motivated team environment.

 

**Key Performance Indicators (Measurable Aspects):**

 

* Meeting TAT on all financial processes

* Ensuring overall compliance with regulations

* Providing accurate and timely MIS reports

* Successful completion of funder audits and reporting

* Timely and accurate finalization of accounts

 

**Minimum Qualifications:**

 

* **Education:** B.Com/M.Com, CA/CA – Inter

* **Experience:** Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial management.

 

**Essential Skills:**

 

* In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting systems, financial reporting, tax regulations, and laws.

* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

* Strong understanding of Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA).

* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools (specifically MS Excel and database management tools).

 

**Working Conditions:**

 

* 5 days working week

* Work from the Office only.
