## Program Manager – Training & Capacity Building
**Selco Foundation** is an open source, not-for-profit organization dedicated to alleviating poverty through clean energy solutions. We work in collaboration with social sector practitioners, energy entrepreneurs, NGOs, and educational institutions to link sustainable energy with poverty eradication.
**We are seeking a passionate and experienced Program Manager to join our Livelihood Scale Team in Bangalore, Karnataka.**
**Job Location:** Bangalore, Karnataka
**Experience Required:** 8 to 15 years
**Responsibilities:**
* Design and facilitate workshops and interactive sessions for dissemination of solutions/program approaches.
* Facilitate workshop and cross learning activities for internal teams and external stakeholders (end users, NGO partners, government, financial institutions, etc.).
* Develop training modules and content.
* Archive knowledge documents for easy access.
* Analyze gaps/opportunities for internal and external uptake of solutions.
* Develop and document processes for integrating solutions.
* Collaborate closely with innovation and geography teams across 5 states.
* Develop a quarterly plan for disseminating solutions/program approach learnings to internal teams.
**Key Requirements:**
* Strong interest and passion for development and poverty alleviation across different livelihoods.
* Excellent coordination skills, working effectively with multiple team members, community members, and other entities.
* Analytical approach and ability to ideate towards problem-solving.
* Strong organizational skills, able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact with grassroots stakeholders.
* Willingness to undertake regular field visits for training/hand-holding of staff members.
* Willingness to travel for approximately 5-10 days a month (local and outstation).
