**Job Purpose:**

 

The Information Services (Platforms & Applications) team at Reliance Foundation is looking for candidates to disseminate need-based, season-based, and region-specific livelihood improvement and decision-making early warning advisories in regional languages through various communication media. This role reports to the Content Dissemination & Tech Analysis team.

 

**Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators:**

 

* Coordinate with stakeholders (RF Content Production Team, RF program contacts, knowledge providers) to gather livelihood improvement, thematic, and early warning advisories (audio, video, digital posters – text, image, audio, or video links) in regional languages.

* Collect advisories and disseminate them to targeted audiences (farmers, fisher folk, livestock farmers, SHGs, micro-enterprises, NGOs, grassroots networks, etc.) according to the Content Dissemination Plan through various communication media (Mobile-based audio advisories, WhatsApp Business Chat Bot, YouTube, Audio Podcast, Social Media, etc.).

* Continuously expand the targeted audience database by adding profiles.

* Maintain a region-specific and livelihood-categorized database of targeted audiences.

* Analyze tech-based outreach, the performance of various technology-based engagements, and present pictorial insights to guide the development of data for development-based interventions.

* Upload and maintain all dissemination content in the Knowledge Management System, including categorized keywords and content grouping based on thematic areas and sub-categories.

* Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely dissemination of content towards livelihood improvement, knowledge empowerment, personal, and asset safety.

* Continuously scan, test, and implement various channels/platforms for content dissemination.

* Enhance the content maintenance structure and digital asset management based on continuous learning.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

**Necessary:**

 

* Bachelor’s or Post Graduate degree in Computer Science, MCA, MBA, or other related field (or equivalent work experience).

* Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Internet, YouTube, WhatsApp, Podcast Platforms – Minimum 2 years of experience.

 

**Desirable:**

 

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to analyze and understand data points from various analytical tools and technological platforms.
