## Programme Lead/Programme Associate – Distributed Renewable Energy

**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Lead/Programme Associate to join our growing team in New Delhi. This role will be responsible for leading/supporting the development and implementation of CEEW’s initiatives focused on distributed renewable energy.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Programme Development and Management:**
* Lead/support the development of research and policy initiatives related to distributed renewable energy, including rooftop solar, community solar, and mini-grids.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the programme, including budget management, project planning, and stakeholder engagement.
* Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports on various aspects of distributed renewable energy.
* **Policy Advocacy:**
* Engage with policymakers, industry stakeholders, and other relevant actors to advocate for policies that promote distributed renewable energy.
* Develop and present policy recommendations to government agencies and industry bodies.
* Participate in policy dialogues and workshops.
* **Project Implementation:**
* Lead/support the implementation of pilot projects and demonstration initiatives related to distributed renewable energy.
* Manage project teams, coordinate with partners, and ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
* Monitor and evaluate project performance.
* **Knowledge Dissemination:**
* Disseminate research findings and policy recommendations through publications, presentations, and other communication channels.
* Contribute to CEEW’s knowledge management efforts.
**Qualifications:**
* Master’s degree in a relevant field such as energy, environment, economics, or public policy.
* **Programme Lead:** 5+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a strong focus on distributed renewable energy.
* **Programme Associate:** 2+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on distributed renewable energy.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful research and policy initiatives.
* Strong analytical and research skills, with experience in data analysis and report writing.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for sustainable development and a commitment to CEEW’s mission.
