Position – Documentation Officer
Job Summary- Responsible for overall Documentation and record-keeping of the project
Remuneration: Based on Qualification and Experience
Location- Malout, Muktsar
Roles and Responsibilities
• To work with colleagues and ensure consistency of documentation practices across the project
• Ensuring documentation integrity
• Controlling access to documents
• Outlining a long-term strategy for storing and accessing the documents
• Outlining, sorting and categorizing documents for ease of use
• Documents may be scanned and maintained electronically or filed in a paper filing system
• Retrieving documents upon request
• Performing transcription and conversion work
• Proofreading documents upon request
• Check completion and correctness of forms, documents, and bills
• Support colleagues on efficient documentation usage and best practices
• Assisting with both external and internal audit
• Data analysis and action planning to ensure the project is on the track
• Will ensure all reporting (physical and financial) as per the compliance
• Handle correspondence, preparation of presentations and budgets, and varied documents
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
• Degree in communications or related field.
• Proficiency with scanning and administrative technology.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Multitasking ability.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good interpersonal skills.
