We are seeking a Senior Associate in Training & Development with expertise in Instructional Design and LMS management. The ideal candidate will design and deliver engaging training programs, manage the Learning Management System (LMS), and analyze training data to enhance effectiveness. Key responsibilities include instructional design, LMS administration, reporting, training delivery, and process management.

**Qualifications and Skills:**  

– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Humanities, Human Resources, or a related field.  

– Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles (2+ years).  

– Strong expertise in LMS administration and content management.  

– Proficiency in LMS reporting tools for data-driven decisions.
