**Role Overview:**
As Project Manager – Assessments, you will lead end-to-end execution of projects with State Governments, including conducting large-scale assessments and capacity building. You’ll collaborate with clients to strategize, design, plan, and implement services transforming education through assessments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage and implement education assessment/M&E projects.
– Develop assessment methodologies, instruments, and conduct field operations.
– Lead client engagement and stakeholder management.
– Contribute to business development and proposal writing.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in education, research, statistics, psychology, or related fields.
– 6+ years of experience in assessments, social research, M&E, preferably in educational contexts.
– Proven history managing multiple projects, experience with state governments advantageous.
– Strong communication, MS Excel proficiency, and facilitation skills.
