**About the Program:**
The Economic Inclusion Program (EIP) targets ultra-poor households, particularly single distress mothers in Meghalaya. The program partners with the Meghalaya Government Innovation Lab and MSRLS to promote livelihoods through a graduation approach. This role involves district-level leadership, coordinating with government units, training teams, organizing events, managing data, and engaging stakeholders.
**Role Responsibilities:**
– Implement project activities as per guidelines.
– Coordinate with government units for smooth implementation.
– Conduct capacity-building trainings and organize events.
– Facilitate field visits and documentation.
– Manage data collection, processing, and reporting.
– Monitor & evaluate projects and manage stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
– Postgraduate in rural development, agriculture, or related fields.
– 3-6 years of experience in development sectors like rural livelihoods or poverty eradication.
– District-level experience preferred.
– Valid driving license with own two-wheeler.
– Knowledge of local languages a plus.
