**Role Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Manager – Global Brand & Digital Communications to lead our brand development and digital communications strategies on a global scale. This role involves overseeing creative content production, driving digital engagement across platforms, and ensuring strong brand positioning aligned with our mission and values.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Global Brand Development:**
– Establish and maintain brand positioning.
– Oversee creative direction and storytelling for diverse audiences.
– Collaborate with external agencies for content production.
2. **Digital Communications:**
– Develop and execute social media strategies.
– Manage website content and digital presence.
– Monitor and analyze digital metrics for strategy refinement.
3. **Stakeholder Communication:**
– Ensure impactful communication with stakeholders.
– Align internal teams with brand initiatives.
4. **Team Management:**
– Mentor a team of two resources.
– Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining quality oversight.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
– 5+ years of experience in brand management, digital communications, or creative strategy.
– Expertise in global branding and content creation.
– Proficiency in English and Hindi.
– Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
