**Job Description: Training Coordinator at Khan Academy India (Odisha)**

**Role Overview:**
As a Training Coordinator, you will design and deliver capacity-building initiatives for teachers and administrators. You will manage master trainers in Odia, facilitate training sessions, identify best practices, use data-driven insights to improve efficiency, and collaborate with the Teacher Professional Development team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Design and execute synchronous/asynchronous training programs.
– Manage a team of master trainers and co-facilitate high-quality sessions.
– Document best practices and challenges, preparing scalable learning materials.
– Utilize data for informed decision-making to enhance training effectiveness.
– Collaborate with the Teacher Professional Development team.
**Qualifications:**
– Fluency in Odia and English (reading, writing, speaking).
– Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
– Additional proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
– Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
– Passion for education and ability to work across teams with strong communication skills.
