**Job Description: Associate Manager – FutureTech Program**
*Location:* Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi
*Experience Required:* Minimum 3 years in program management, preferably in tech skilling, EdTech, CSR skilling projects, or academic operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Design, execute, and scale up FutureTech programs focusing on AI, Cybersecurity, and Full Stack education.
– Coordinate with academic institutions for program implementation and faculty development.
– Facilitate classroom, hybrid, and virtual training sessions using hands-on labs and case studies.
– Engage with students, faculty, and industry experts to enrich program content and exposure.
– Manage project coordination, monitoring, reporting, and quality control.
– Develop contextual learning resources and curate industry projects for practical exposure.
– Travel to project locations for monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building.
**Qualifications:**
– Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical domains.
– Technical/Functional Skills: Working knowledge of Python, Web Development frameworks, AI/ML tools, Cybersecurity basics.
– Behavioral Attributes: Excellent communication skills, team player, comfortable with travel and multitasking.
**Salary:** INR 8.40 LPA – INR 11.40 LPA
