**Job Title:** Consortium Coordinator – Donor Compliance & Partner Support

CREA is a feminist international human rights organization based in the global South, led by women from the global South. The organization promotes, protects, and advances human rights and sexual rights through various initiatives.

 

**Position Summary:**  

The Consortium Coordinator will support the implementation of a multi-partner donor-funded project by facilitating coordination across consortium members, ensuring compliance with donor and FCRA regulations, and providing operational and reporting support to all partners. This role requires strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills, as well as a sound understanding of donor-funded project operations in the Indian NGO context.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Ensure compliance with donor regulations and maintain FCRA-related documentation.  

– Monitor financial reporting from consortium partners and prepare consolidated reports for donors.  

– Coordinate communication and collaboration among consortium members and stakeholders.  

– Organize meetings, track project progress, and address challenges.  

– Support knowledge sharing and capacity building among partners.  

 

**Qualifications:**  

– 8-10 years of experience in similar roles with NGOs or international development organizations.  

– Graduate (preferably Master’s Degree) in social work, gender studies, human rights law, or related fields.  

– Proven track record in coordinating multi-partner projects and working with diverse stakeholders.  

– Strong alignment with feminist and rights-based values.  

– Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Hindi.  

 

**Benefits:**  

– Salary range: INR 75,000 – INR 1,50,000 per month.
