**Job Description: Senior Manager – Administration**  

**Location:** Noida, India  

**Experience Required:** 15-17 years

**Role Overview:**  

The Senior Manager, Administration will oversee all administrative functions at ISDM, including facility management, procurement, logistics, budgeting, and event coordination. The role also involves leading the transition to the new campus, ensuring seamless operations and infrastructure setup.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– **Facility and Infrastructure Management:** Oversee maintenance, security, and compliance with safety regulations; manage vendor relationships for facility services.  

– **Procurement and Logistics:** Develop procurement policies, manage inventory, and ensure cost-effective logistics for office supplies and equipment.  

– **New Campus Transition:** Lead the transition to the new campus, coordinating with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations.  

– **Administration Budget and Finance:** Plan and monitor the administration budget, track expenses, and manage operational processes.  

– **Official Travel Management:** Oversee travel arrangements through MyBiz, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.  

– **Cross-Departmental Coordination:** Streamline policies and collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless administrative support.  

 

**Qualifications:**  

– Master’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations, or a related field.  

– Minimum of 15 years of experience in administration, facility management, procurement, and logistics.  

– Proven experience in managing budgets, vendor negotiations, and operational processes.  

– Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.  

– Exceptional communication skills and strategic thinking in developing policies and processes.  

 

**Remuneration:**  

Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
