Therefore, we are proactively investing in a People team that has the capacity and capability to provide the organization the right support. 

As part of this investment, we are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to lead the Business Partnering team within our larger People team. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Partner with Sattva’s Business Units on all aspects of their people strategy, right from hiring to capability building to talent engagement and retention. 
  • Work closely with Sattva’s leadership team to nurture our unique people-centric culture and ensure employee well-being, putting in place people-related processes and systems where required
  • Manage a team of 4-5 people who will be HR Business Partners for individual Business Units 
  • Collaborate with the other teams within the People team (Talent Acquisition, Communications, L&D and People Operations) where required, to enable capacity building and people well-being
  • Govern the execution of the people processes that are part of Sattva’s people calendar, including performance management, promotions and compensation revisions 
  • Ensure accurate people data in the org and track relevant people metrics 

Key qualifications and experiences

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources with 8-10 years of work experience, with at least four years of business partnering experience
  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders 
  • High learning orientation, and ambition to grow with a growing organization
  • Experience of organizational design and talent strategy will be a plus, as will data orientation and a logical bent of mind
