Role: Executive/Senior Executive – Recruitments and HR Operations
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Location: Delhi
Qualification: Degree Business Administration/HR or any other allied field

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manages full- cycle recruitment including job postings, screening of resumes, interviewing, background verification process and final offers.
- Performing post-offer activities including but not limited to communications, answering queries, reference checks, new hire joining formalities.
- Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions.
- Proactively create talent pipeline in line with the workforce plans.
- Manage ongoing candidate relationships during the hiring life cycle.
- Provide on boarding support to the new joiners.
- Maintain MIS for complete recruitment process and prepare recruitment dashboards for timely reporting.
- Vendor Management: Recruitment Consultants and Background Verification Vendors.
- Maintain HR personnel files of the employees.
- Any other HR tasks assigned by Reporting Manager and Head-Human Resources.
Desired Skill Set
- Degree in Business Administration or HR or any other allied field
- Excellent communication skills (Preferred: English and Hindi)
- Should have minimum one year of experience and knowledge on end-to-end recruitment.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can multi task.
- Hands on experience of working on multiple recruiting sources and channels.
- Candidates from NGO/CSR/ Education sector will be preferred.
