Admin Executive is responsible for maintaining day-to-day office administration and personnel services in order to meet requirements and support service operations of the office.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Follow up with AMC vendors
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages)
- Assist the employees in organizing events and corporate visits.
- Coordination with vendors for smooth execution of events and availability of items
- Arrange travel and accommodations
