Job Description: Trainer – Digital Marketing
Position: Full Time (Contractual)
Minimum Qualifications: Post Graduates from Business Administration/Design background with specialization in digital marketing
Experience– 0 to 2 years
Location– Nayagaon, Sohna Block, Gurugram, Haryana
Date of Joining– Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all strategies, targets and plans as set-in the project is met including the requirements of funding agencies.

• Identify and support local NGO partners, artisans and cooperatives through train the trainer sessions on digital literacy

• Assess the training needs of partners and artisans

• Conduct competence mapping and ensure progressive pathway

• Develop training modules on IT and digital marketing in local language

• Empower rural artisans through digital inclusion and leverage digital space to provide access to numerous opportunities to them

• Develop and propose the Digital Marketing Plan & Ad Strategy for promotion of handcrafted products made by rural artisans

• Prepare the ad and marketing budgets & monitor the utilization with the external agency.

• Meet ROAS, ROI & Other key Digital Marketing deliverables

• Support Sales to achieve Targets with Innovative Marketing techniques

• Manage the SM handles, deliver engaging content & Develop a Communication strategy for promoting handcrafted products

• Work closely with webpage developer and ensure content uploads are timely

• Follow up of trainees and ensure progressive pathway for them

• Data management and reporting of all the trainees to senior management and funding agency

Skills required:

• Project planning and use of related tools to monitor and report the progress

• Strong Domain knowledge in digital marketing

• Equipped to handle IT tools and online training programs, meetings and conferences

• Knowledge of business development and enterprising skills

• Self-starter to manage projects independently

• Problem solving skills to lead a dynamic team and navigate challenges

• Efficient communication, networking and managerial skills to deal with multiple stakeholders at various levels

• Research on latest developments in digital marketing

• Effective data management, analysis and interpretation skills to inform senior management decisions

• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-moving environment as well as remote
