Job Description
- The Digital Marketing Analyst works closely with the Digital Lead to manage the digital assets of Shiv Nadar University
- S/he will be responsible to plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- S/he will be responsible for managing the campaigns on ad platforms like Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Taboola, etc
- S/he will be responsible to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- S/he will need to plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- S/he will also need to collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- S/he will also need to have knowledge of Google analytics, SEO, Tag Manager, Keyword Tracking and tagging to ensure website content are aligned to best practices.
- S/he should have strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and touch points.
- S/he should have experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- S/he should have hands on experience to manage website & social analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, Rival IQ, Hootsuite etc)
