At The/Nudge you will:

• work closely with product teams to understand existing database design, issues and define corrective measures
• prepare accurate database / management information system design and architecture 
• analyze and  organize raw data and identify trends and patterns 
• explore ways to improve database quality, reliability and performance
• prepare complete and consistent reports for management and executive teams.
• own the end-to-end execution of database design, development testing and training the product teams. 
• support Internal and external teams in implementing appropriate and efficient databases /management information system for our projects. 

Apply if you have:

• bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
• minimum 8-10  years of designing and building Data Management Information Systems
• experience; certification in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Management Information system is a bonus
• enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• experience in SQL and NoSQL Database design and implementation
• adequate technical experience to drive discussions and outcomes together with product team
• believes that technology can create deep impact and make a real difference in society
• is comfortable with non-profit sector salaries
