Position: Senior Program Manager
Location: Delhi / NCR
We at Grameen Foundation in collaboration with a leading investment banking firm are working on a multi-year project to support the growth of women-owned businesses by promoting their investment readiness and digital transformation.
For this project we are looking for a passionate leader with profound knowledge and understanding of Small & Midsize Business / Enterprise. She / He will be leading the execution of the programme, get deeply involved in developing relations with banking institutions, manage internal and external stakeholder partnerships.
Essential Job Functions:
- Overall programme management, overseeing sourcing of business, technical support and capacity building, managing urban entrepreneurship support centers
- Business performance benchmarking using an inhouse selection Matrix – In Depth Business Diagnostics
- Market expansion, sales channels, business development, & financial management
- Oversee the Program’s on SME/ SMB Growth and Entrepreneurship
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
- MBA, Post Graduate in Economics, Public Policy, International Development. Preferably an MBA in Entrepreneurship / Finance / Banking.
- Prior relevant experience of 5-10 years in Enterprise Development/SMB development and consulting / SMB financing / Banking is a must
- Sharp Analytical skills with command over enterprise development, credit linkages, SMB financing, partnerships management, and programme management.
