Reporting Relationship: Education Officer –> (A) Respective Unit Leads (Odisha) & (B) Head Education
Purpose of the Role: Manage & implement all education programs in and around the Company’s proximate community development (PCD) areas in the respective locations across the state.
Key Deliverables:
- Implementation of all Education Proximate Community Development (PCD) Programs; Pre-matric coaching, Fellowships & Scholarships, NIIT Foundation, Green School program & other similar projects, in the respective operational locations of the Company.
- Collaborate with the local district administration and government officials for communication and advocacy of the Education projects.
- Ensure complete MIS & documentation of all education programs implemented in the operational location.
- Monitor and maintain finances and timely expenditure across all Education PCD programs in the unit.
- Document the best practices and lessons learned, preparing case studies and using them effectively in internal and external communications.
- Support in the expansion of PCD programs in other operational areas.
- Implement new initiatives and support collaborative/partnership initiatives.
Minimum Qualification: Graduation. Candidates with relevant academic backgrounds shall be preferred.
Minimum Work experience in years: 1-3 years of relevant work experience
Technical Skill Sets: Project Management, Knowledge of Policies & Acts related to Education and Child rights, Elementary Education, Accounting & finance management, Knowledge of Child learning components.
Behavioral Skill Sets: Reasoning abilities, Effective communication skills, Analytical skills, Detail-oriented, Negotiation skills, Ability to work and operate in teams, Ability to engage across multiple stakeholder groups (company officials, agencies, peers & communities), and Understanding of cultures
