Job Opportunity for Associate Manager, Content – Computational Thinking at Education Initiatives in Bengaluru

Key Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing the content development for all our products in the Computational Thinking domain.
• Hiring, mentoring and training the team, coaching and guiding them on content & technology innovations, as well as on work management
• Working collaboratively with other managers within and across SBUs on various projects to ensure smooth delivery of deliverables
• Setting up processes and systems to ensure high quality of content produced by the team
• Assessing areas of training for the team and developing training modules to train people on developing good quality content
• Researching on learning & teaching methodologies through reading and sharing of journals, analysing student performance data on questions, interacting with external subject experts, interacting with teachers and students for insights about students’ learning 

Educational Qualifications

∙Graduates with strong academic performance from top tier colleges in India and abroad

Experience Required

Must have:

∙Strong academic leadership/understanding in Math & Computer Science in K-12 education

∙Demonstrated experience of leading teams and projects in managerial roles
