Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing long-term partnerships with suppliers, managing supplier performance to ensure meeting of service, delivery, and quality norms.
  • Implement purchase / procurement strategies and ensuring they align with project requirements.
  • Drafting and executing processing of vendor Contracts & Agreements and implementing a standardized process, reducing contract discrepancies.
  • Manage procurement of equipment/services and also regular office consumables like Office and School Stationery, Furniture, Printing Material, campaigning materials and gifting and branding items etc.
  • Proficiently maintain and create the purchase order in ERP (Oracle)
