Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and effective running of the Bhumi’s Skill-ed programme and will have overall strategic and operational responsibilities towards driving the vision and mission of the program.  

You will have to identify demands for skill-development, competency standards, and qualifications required by employers; help design, train and place 5x more youth over the next 2-3 years.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation and delivery of the programmes including effective delivery of the sessions by trainers, assessments, impact evaluation, volunteer mobilization, communication, budgeting & finance.
  • Continuously monitor the effectiveness of the programmes, rigorously evaluate, and engage all stakeholders proactively in making improvements.
  • Build structures, systems to support the execution of the programmes in the best possible manner with a focus on continuous learning, improvement, and rapid growth.
  • Collaborate with Academic Institutions, NGOs, corporates, funders, government & the community to increase the reach and impact of the programmes
  • Track, follow up and report on the timely implementation of the goals for the project

Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the social sector.
  • Prior experience in project management and leading teams is mandatory.
  • Skilling Sector background is mandatory.
  • Any Graduate.

Title: Senior Manager to Associate Director, based on profile

Scope: Full time

Expected Joining Date: Immediate

Minimum commitment: Three Years
