The Role:
The Content & Training Associate/Sr. Associate is responsible for designing the content and smooth management of the entire facilitator life cycle to ensure Antarang’s program goals are met.
The role includes building & managing digital learning material, technological tools for the core programs & engaging facilitators by becoming a mentor & guide so that they excel in achieving student outcomes.
Major responsibilities:
● Identify requirements and curate, outsource or create innovative digital curriculum & content for various stakeholders (Grade 9-12/Parents/etc) across geographies
● Using the software, create content for Digital Products at Antarang to ensure student outcomes and learnings
● Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for data monitoring, analysis and support. Example: work with Monitoring and Evaluation Team for Dashboard Creation; with Operations Team to support reach and expansion; coordinate with tech vendors & translators
● Improve efficiency and user experience of the digital products promoting Digital Learning and Engagement that result in quality programmes
● Creating flows and managing the WhatsApp Bot Outcomes
● Conduct multiple user tests to enhance design to increase user traffic and retention
● Ensure digital content is up-to-date and relevant based on current stakeholders needs and wants
● Analyze data and present insights to continually increase effectiveness of the digital content
● Design and create content for digital learning of students. Example: Posters, Videos, Exploration Materials, etc
● Manage the Digital Content Intern
Profile Requisites:
● Any Graduate/Freshers [with 1-2 years of experience in Computers (Coding) or Digital Content Creation experience preferred]
● Good communication skills and strong problem-solving ability
● Comfortable with primary and secondary research to develop content and test products
● Passionate about working in and working for the youth from lower economic backgrounds & in communities
● Good analytical skills and attention to detail
● Complete ease in using the Microsoft office suite
● Flexibility to work odd hours – young adults keep strange timings!
● Willingness to travel within city/across cities as and when required
