Job description:

The Knowledge Management Unit of Development Alternatives consolidates and capitalises knowledge assets which lead to corporate growth and sustenance through enhanced efficiency and quality of knowledge resources

  • Provide literature review and citation support to researchers from different teams of DA using standard practices and research methodologies (in the areas of resource efficiency, Economic empowerment, South-South cooperation and Bundelkhand for all kinds of communication and knowledge material being developed).
  • Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to the needs.
  • Source data for computer entry.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Set up a Reference Management System for researchers of DA using software tools such as Mendeley etc. and further train different project teams to access it.
  • Update databases and files, sort books, buy and catalogue new materials.
  • Working knowledge of Green Stone Digital Library software.
  • Library Management Skills.
  • Compilation of publications of DA, of all kinds for specific subjects to make or update catalogues, guided tours, etc.
