The Opportunity

We are looking to strengthen our M&E team with Team Leaders. You will

– Lead and guide a team of 10 – 15 M&E associates
– Own work allocation and productivity of the team
– Set clear goals and KPIs for team members
– Upskill the team and create opportunities for growth
– Monitor team performance and quality
– Use unique methods & techniques to improve call quality and process efficiency
– Own the MIS and reporting for the function

You should

– Have experience of handling a team
– Be well versed in advanced XL skills
– Be comfortable with data and show ability to articulate the story behind the data and have enormous attention to detail and the drive to bring about change
– Have excellent communication skills
