**Job Description:**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Academic Trainer to join our School Transformation Program in Coimbatore. As an Academic Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in equipping teachers with the skills and knowledge they need to effectively deliver quality education.

**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct training workshops and sessions for teachers on various subjects and pedagogical approaches.

* Develop and deliver customized training materials aligned with the program’s objectives.

* Provide ongoing mentorship and support to teachers in their classrooms.

* Collaborate with school management to identify and address training needs.

* Monitor and evaluate the impact of training interventions on teacher effectiveness and student learning.

* Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in education.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.

* Proven experience as an Academic Trainer, preferably in underprivileged settings.

* Strong understanding of teaching methodologies and curriculum development.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Passion for education and a commitment to social change.

**Experience Required:**

* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Academic Trainer in a similar role.
