Experience:

2 to 3 years experience in same field

Skills & Competencies required:

  • Data Entry in Tally software without any mistake. Take Day to Day print out of the vouchers.
  • Proper Maintenance of voucher files and other accounts documents.
  • Preparation of bank reconciliation statement on monthly basis.

Job Profile:

  • Field Visit to Project Area and review financial transaction on regular basis.
  • Stock verification on monthly basis and tracking staff advances as per finance manual of AKRSP(I) 
  • Processing all payments and Adhere compliance of all statutory regulations, manage and track office petty cash. Ensure timely reimbursements.
  • Generate monthly financial reports and fund requests to be submitted to RO, AKRSP(I) for review before the due date.
  • Assist in completion of sundries audits (donor/statutory/internal) at SHT and field level
  • Manage procurement, and maintenance of all project assets; Ensure compliance with AKRSP(I) Manual and Adhere AKRSP(I)System and Policies.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors on financial process of Project.
  • Budget Monitoring and reviewing common cost allocation. Track Line item wise Budget Vs Actual of Donor.
  • Inform to Area manager and Finance team to regional office if any Discrepancy found in Project.
  • Take Record keeping of all Community Facilitators Personal file of Project.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance and records; Regularly review vehicle and driving logs for accuracy and timely completion of Project.
  • Tracking and proper record keeping of Community Facilitators attendance and leave. Send updates to HR/Admin at RO, reconcile it on monthly basis.
