**Job Description:**
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Admin & Facility Officer. The role involves overseeing day-to-day facility management, supervising housekeeping and security, ensuring smooth operations, and handling procurement and inventory while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct inspections, assign tasks, and coordinate repairs for facility maintenance.
– Ensure cleanliness and maintain safety protocols for housekeeping and security.
– Manage office/lab supplies, vendor coordination, and claims processing.
– Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and events.
**Requirements:**
– 4-5 years of experience in admin & facility management (preferred).
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day operations effectively.
– Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
– Ownership and accountability in completing tasks.
– Collaboration and teamwork skills.
– Strong communication skills with vendors, staff, and stakeholders.
– Adaptability and flexibility to handle unexpected challenges.
