**Job Description: Admin Manager – The Convergence Foundation (TCF)**  

 

**About The Convergence Foundation (TCF):**  

The Convergence Foundation (TCF) is an Indian philanthropic foundation dedicated to catalysing rapid and sustained economic growth to enhance the lives of all Indians. Established in April 2021 by Ashish and Manisha Dhawan, TCF focuses on seven key program areas aimed at job creation, human capital development, and strengthening state capacity. The foundation works with a network of organizations to address socio-economic challenges in India.  

 

**Position Summary:**  

The Admin Manager will oversee office operations, manage schedules, coordinate events, handle correspondence, maintain records, and ensure efficient resource utilization. The role involves budget management, vendor coordination, and policy implementation to support operational efficiency and compliance.  

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Manage daily administrative functions, including scheduling meetings and event logistics.  

– Oversee office budgets, track expenses, and procure resources.  

– Coordinate with vendors and facility staff for smooth operations.  

– Develop and implement office policies and SOPs.  

 

**Qualifications:**  

– Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field; Master’s a plus.  

– 8-10 years of experience in office administration or similar roles.  

– Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.  

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office software.  

– Attention to detail, discretion, and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
