What would you be doing in this role?
As the Administration and People Executive at Udhyam you will be executing people processes and structures at Udhyam starting from onboarding an employee all the way to exit processes.
Your role provides exposure to the various facets of Human Resources. In time, it will also provide development opportunities in your areas of interest within HR.
As a keen and motivated person you’ll inspire teamwork and be committed to providing necessary support to the Udhyam team.

- Strong IT skills, skilled in using Google Suite/ Microsoft Word and Excel packages and experienced in working with HR databases and learning management systems

Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Maintaining internal databases
- Manage organisational resources ( laptops, tech resources) .
On boarding and Induction:
- Ensure compliance to submission of employee documents
- Responsible for planning and ensuring systematic induction for all new employees
- Record and Evaluate effectiveness of onboarding process both remote and physical
- Update and revise induction process/ documents as necessary
Salary Processing / Payroll
- To provide information to and liaise with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure staff are paid correctly and on time
Learning & Development
- Maintain the complete data base of Learning Programmes within the organisation
- Evaluate and provide feedback on programmes
Performance Assessment
- Followup through the process of annual / midyear appraisals, receive, verify the forms and share the consolidated outcome in specified formats via Zoho
Employee Separation
- Ensure necessary Exit Documentation
- Conduct exit interviews in specified formats and share with HR
- Follow up for the clearance from managers and finance and issue service certificates
Data Management
- Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, recruitment files, PF related documents
Employee Engagement
- Coordinate and manage a wide range of employee engagement activities on regular basis
- Collaborate with employees to work on employee engagement in a hybrid work set up
Employee Relations
- To respond to general queries from managers and employees, signposting them to the appropriate policies and procedures
Other Responsibilities
- SPOC for Admin and HR related queries and communication
- To support the Key People catalyst with the development and implementation of projects as required
- Play the role of Employee champion by knowing and counseling employees as and when required
