**Experience Required:**
We seek an experienced AI Researcher with a minimum of 8 years in AI research, specializing in NLP, ASR, and computer vision. Expertise in agricultural applications is highly valued. A Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related fields with a focus on relevant areas is required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop domain-specific language models for agricultural content.
– Optimize voice recognition models for local dialects and terminologies.
– Design computer vision models for crop monitoring and disease detection.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into platforms.
**Qualifications:**
– Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV.
– Strong analytical skills and familiarity with agricultural practices.
– Excellent communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
