**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop metrics and KPIs, conduct trend analyses, and create self-service tools.
– Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover user insights across their lifecycle.
– Design hypothesis-driven experiments for campaign optimization.
– Support the design of curated datasets and dashboards with the efficacy team.
– Lead a team of data analysts to deliver actionable insights.
– Ensure data governance, security, and compliance.
**Qualifications:**
– 10+ years in data science or analytics.
– Strong SQL and Python skills.
– Background in applied math, statistics, or economics.
– Proficiency in statistical techniques and machine learning.
– Excellent data storytelling and communication abilities.
– Willingness to travel (~20% annually).
