Hasiru Dala, which means Green Force, is a social impact organisation that works with waste pickers and other waste workers to ensure a life with dignity. Hasiru Dala is registered as a charitable trust and works with waste pickers and informal waste workers to integrate them into the solid waste management of the city and gain access to social protection for themselves and their families.

We are looking for an Associate Director for programs. The person should have at least 7 years experience in working in the development sector in a managerial position of an organization.

Job Description

Position: Associate Director _ Programs.
Place of Posting: Bengaluru
Expected Date of Joining: Immediate.
Salary / Package: CTC will be 5.5 Lakhs per annum.

Criteria:

1. Associate Director _ Programs

2. Proficient in Kannada and English is Mandatory. And Speaking Hindi, Tamil, any south Indian language will be an added advantage.

Job Requirements.

The senior Director Programmes manages an area of intervention for the Organization by playing a vital role to guide to a set the program staff who are all working for the Program, Project, and an operation level in the Organization.

Assisting an Organization Executive Director and leading the Administration, Operation and Communication with Financial projections and analyse and guide the existing and upcoming projects.

Key Skills Required:

✔ Ensure all the programs align with the Organization core values, vision and mission.

✔ Directing an organization to adopt new trends, technology and any other works related to the social development sector.

✔ Providing the guidance, mentorship and transferring the knowledge with team members.

✔ Guiding and helping the individual Managers / project leads to build the framework, strategies for the new projects. And providing program wise timely support for them when they are required.

✔ Analysing and Individual Project data. Keep an open eye on the overall data management in the organization.

✔ Build and Develop the Monitoring and Evaluation Strategy for individual programs, projects and for an organization.

✔ Knowledge about public policy is mandatory

✔ Data analysing

✔ Budgeting for all the programs

✔ Supporting for All the Program and Project works

✔ Report and proposal writing
