SBI Foundation is looking to hire an Assistant Manager – Admin, to supervise day-to-day administrative and financial operations for Core Programs Team led by Assistant Vice President & Program Head.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide key support to the Assistant Vice President & Program Head in managing financial operations for the Core Programs Team, which may include processing payment notes, procurements, accounts payable and receivable
- Responsible for effective DAK management, including summarising requests/ proposals received to be put up to the Screening Committee, workflow management, and the promotion of an innovative work environment
- Serve as the single point of contact for regularly updating the dashboard and provide guidance to implementation partners
- Coordinate with the Finance Team and Core Programs Team members to process payment notes, update the dashboard, scan and print documents
- Monitor activities and provide periodic reports on the dashboard, DAK, and disbursements made
- Ensure financial compliance with SBI Foundation’s policies and procedures
- Responsible for raising requests and coordinating with the IT Team to replace printer cartridges, resolve any technical issues and raise requests to procure any equipment/ item(s) for the Core Programs Team led by Assistant Vice President & Program Head
- Responsible for ensuring all essential documents are uploaded to the cloud at regular intervals
Essential Skills and Qualities:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate excel skills
- Working knowledge of basic financial operations principles
- Excellent communication skills and writing skills
- Speaks and writes clearly and effectively; listens to others, correctly interprets messages from others and responds appropriately; asks questions to clarify, and exhibits interest in having two-way communication; tailors language, tone, style and format to match audience; demonstrates openness in sharing information and keeping people informed
- Computer literate in standard software applications

Although the individual will work in a small team, it is essential that the chosen candidate can work in an independent manner to complete the given tasks in a time-bound manner.
