**Job Description:**

 

The Assistant Manager (Center Manager) is responsible for the effective implementation of Bright Future’s programs at the Dwarka center. This role requires ensuring the active participation of all stakeholders, including adolescents and youth.  Key responsibilities include:

 

* **Program Implementation & Monitoring:**  Developing and implementing monthly program plans, monitoring progress against targets, and ensuring high-quality program delivery.

* **Team Management:** Building team capacity through training, feedback, and mentoring; conducting performance reviews and appraisals; planning and guiding team activities related to stakeholder engagement.

* **Financial Management:** Preparing and tracking budgets, managing expenses, submitting expense reports, and coordinating with accounts for cash management.

* **Stakeholder Engagement:**  Analyzing needs, coordinating with employers and corporate partners for mock interviews and placements; conducting stakeholder meetings; engaging volunteers and mentors.

* **Resource Management:** Securing and maintaining center utilities and resources.

* **Program Documentation & Reporting:** Maintaining program documentation, monitoring progress, and preparing reports.

* **Guest Lectures:** Conducting at least two guest lectures per month for different program batches (school, youth, and drama).

* **Recruitment & Onboarding:** Participating in the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.

 

 

**Required Qualifications and Experience:**

 

* Graduate degree in Social Sciences or Management.

* 4 years of total experience, with 2 years specifically managing a diverse program implementation team (5+ members) within the social sector.

* Experience with target-based projects is essential.

* Preferred experience in education or livelihood programs and stakeholder engagement.

 

 

**Required Knowledge:**

 

* Understanding of adolescent and youth developmental needs and challenges.

* Knowledge of parental engagement strategies.

* Familiarity with domain and market trends (Retail, Hospitality, Photography, Beauty, Banking, Workplace Readiness, English, and IT).

* Expertise in life skills and career development.

* Knowledge of community mapping and profiling.

* Understanding of stakeholder engagement strategies.

* Awareness of social realities and community issues.

* Familiarity with curriculum and assessments within the school system.

* Understanding of donor communication protocols.

 

 

**Required Skills:**

 

* Excellent planning and management skills.

* Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.

* Strong resource mobilization and networking abilities.

* Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.

* Proficiency in program reporting and MIS documentation.

* Computer skills (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

* Analytical and leadership skills.
