**Role Overview:** The Assistant Manager will oversee Public Relations and Social Media efforts for Tata Trusts, managing external communication strategies across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Manage PR and social media accounts on Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Sharechat.

2. Develop brand reputation through earned media in key areas.

3. Oversee PR and social media agencies to execute communication strategies.

4. Create and execute campaigns for thematic areas, observance days, and program launches.

5. Identify story ideas from news sources and contribute to content creation.

6. Monitor PR and social media metrics to meet organizational goals.

7. Facilitate content sharing across Tata Group publications.

8. Assist in internal communications as part of a cross-functional committee.

**Key Accountabilities:**

– Enhance brand awareness among the public, sector stakeholders, and government.

– Protect and strengthen brand reputation in external media.

– Build brand salience through earned and owned media.

– Manage relationships with agencies, partners, and media professionals.

**Knowledge & Skills:**

– Expertise in Public Relations and Social Media Management.

– Strategic thinking for campaign development.

– Creative storytelling across various mediums.

– Proficiency in Hindi and English.

– Experience managing collaborations with vendors and agencies.

**Experience & Qualifications:**

– 3-5 years of experience in communications, journalism, or public relations, preferably in social impact.

– Master’s degree in Communications, Media, or Journalism is preferred.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills to effectively manage PR and social media efforts for Tata Trusts.
