Job Description:

  • Collect project proposals well within time, as per TMF guideline, review and negotiate the budget to align the proposed program activities/output and budget as per TMF norms and guidelines, prepare executive summaries and submit to the location manager.
  • Maintain contact details and relations with important government and non-government functionaries, maintain a regular communication and bilateral relation with all the stakeholders, provide programmatic support, etc.
  • To conduct market research to assess project output in the area, area scanning and identify suitable places to start new projects.
  • Conduct research and assessment to start other projects as per organisation vision.
  • Collect, compile, and maintain reports/data and all other required inputs for various reports and regular communication products for internal and external communication.
  • Working in close coordination with TMF Academy teams & location teams and find avenues to collaborate and work together as and when possible.
  • Project Management & coordination.
  • Any other task assigned by Reporting Manager.

  • Should be well versed with excel; google sheet etc.
  • Exposure in working with multiple stakeholders for projects requirements and coordination to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Candidate must follow the delivery expectations from the projects and abide by the deadlines.
  • Smooth hassle free coordination between Project Managers/ Project Directs & Program Directors.
  • Should be active and agile.

Experience: 6-10 years of experience in the field of skill development/education, with any reputed CSR/NGOs/INGOs.

Exposure and experience in Program Management, Data Analytics, Project Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation, Networking, Liaisoning, Proposal & Report writing, Analyse case studies etc.

Qualification: Should be a graduate preferably in Social Work (MSW) or Rural Development as full-time course from a reputed institute. Candidates who have exposure in Public Policy will be preferred.
