Position: Assistant Manager

Job Description

Support the programme team across all grants portfolio in various phase of grant cycle and actual fund utilization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Verify the receipts of fee and allowance batch wise

• Verify the bils of vendors

• Updating the student’s fee and allowance

• Making payments of student fee and allowance

• Checking the work of regional office

• TDS payments of vendors

• Making tracking sheet of vendor bills with its payments

• Updation of tracking sheet of student’s fee and allowance

• Bank reconciliation statement

• Work as an independent accountant for projects

• Process the payment as per financial policy

• Make book keeping of the record

• Prepare the montry utilization report for the donor

• Make various reconciliation

• Quarterly handle the query of auditors, donors and vendors

• Overall handling the projects

Functional Area: Finance
Desired work experience: 3 to 5 years
Education: B.com, CA inter, CS inter, MBA (Finance)
Technical: MS excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word, Tally, ERP.
Compensation Offered: 4 LPA to 6 LPA
Location of posting: New Delhi, Head Office
