WWF-India is looking for a competent HR professional to work in its HR team as an Employee Lifecycle Management specialist. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of an employee, ensuring the smooth working of internal policies, procedures and systems for a better user experience.

Location: New Delhi

Job Responsibilities:

A.    Pre-Boarding & Onboarding

  • Working in tandem with the Recruitment team, ensuring smooth navigation of candidates across different stages of the hiring process.
  • Guiding new hires in the digital onboarding process and ensuring error-free and efficient working of the online system.
  • Coordinating the joining of the new hires across all locations in the organization
  • Designing and organizing induction programmes (First Week & Quarterly) for new hires as per the defined schedule, ensuring their smooth assimilation in the organization’s culture.

B.    HRMS Management

  • Manage all online modules of Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS), including Onboarding, Probation Confirmation, Contract Management and Exit.
  • Periodically monitor, track and facilitate the employee life cycle across different stages on the HRMS system.

C.     HR Records & Documentation

  • Validate joining documents during joining. Create employee files for physical records of each employee as per the defined checklist.
  • Manage the entire documentation of the employee life cycle, including but not limited to appointment letters, employee confirmations, probation extensions, transfers, appraisals and increments, awards and rewards.
  • Ensure that the physical records/employee files are up to date and audited regularly.

D.    Employee Separation

  • Manage the employee separation process for all exiting staff, ensuring their smooth exit and transition.
  • Guide the exiting staff on online exit process and ensuring all process checkpoints are met as per the process.
  • Preparing and coordinating F&F settlement for staff.

E.     Employee Relations

  • Build strong relationships with the key stakeholders in line functions to render HR guidance and support when needed.
  • Manage and resolve employee grievances and issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations into complaints and grievances
  • Supporting the Senior team members in conducting/organizing exit interviews and managing the feedback.
  • Converting feedback from exit interactions into actionable insights through analysis and sharing with senior team members.

F.     HR Policy

  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, as required to in-line functions.
  • Contribute to review and iterations of the existing policies as per changing requirements.
  • ​Support the development of new policies and procedures as per the organization’s needs.

Requirements

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • M.B.A in Human Resources Management from a reputed institute with a minimum 4 to 6 years of experience.
  • Strong networking skills with ability to build and sustain relationships with critical stakeholders.
  • High digital acumen and analytical skills with strong command on MS Excel
  • Strong command over Hindi & English language (both verbal and written
  • Passion to work for Conservation/Sustainability sector.
