Your Role:
As a person in this position, you will be the link between CRY and CRY-supported projects in the project areas of Maharashtra, Gujarat and Chhattisgarh.
Your responsibilities will include
- planning, monitoring and evaluation of supported initiatives, assessing and providing for partners capacity building needs, environment scanning, identifying areas/projects for CRY’s intervention and planning and supporting networking efforts.
- To manage, implement and supervise the projects for children on the ground as per grant allocation.
Your:
- You must be a Post – Graduate in Social Work, Sociology or Rural Development from a reputed institute.
- You must have 4-6 years experience in the field of urban or rural development, having experience in planning, monitoring and evaluating projects, interfacing with the government and other stakeholders.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English & strong documenting skills a working knowledge of the local language are essential.
- Experience of having proposal/report writing skills and worked with communities within the state of preference would be an added advantage and.
- You should be willing to travel up to 15 days in a month.
