Employment Type: Contractual (on a yearly renewal basis)

Location: Joda, Odisha

Reporting Relationship: Assistant Manager – Tribal Identity —> Head – Tribal Identity / Head – Joda Impact Cluster.

Minimum Qualification: Graduation in Social Work/ Rural Development or equivalent from a recognized Institute.

Work experience in years: 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Tribal Identity. Experience in NGO and Development Sector will be Preferred.

Purpose of the Role: Implementation of projects on Tribal Identity projects/programs through education, art and culture, and skill development.

Key Deliverables:

  • Program Planning and Implementation:Implementation of projects on Tribal Art and Culture and education through projects under Tribal Identity and collaboration with stakeholders to relevant partners for the work under the projects of Tribal Identity.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop mechanisms to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the concerned projects/programs. Collect and analyze data to measure program outcomes and impact. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as required. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage regularly with key tribal opinion leaders and stakeholders from the community and collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders. Represent the organization in meetings, workshops, and conferences related to tribal identity.
    Budgeting and documentation: Assist and prepare in preparation and management of budgets for the concerned projects/programs. Assist and prepare reports and documents of the relevant project.
