Reporting Relationship: Assistant Manager, Volunteerism —–>Manager, Volunteerism

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Rural Development

Work experience in years: Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing volunteer programs, preferably in the social sector.

Purpose of the role: Manage and execute employee volunteering activities in and around the Kalinganagar ecosystem.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Creation & execute the employee volunteerism activities in in and around the Kalinganagar ecosystem.
  • Identify & coordinate with the partners for the execution of the volunteering activities.
  • Facilitate Logistics management for volunteering events.
  • Monitor and review feedback of volunteers.
  • Ensure maximum participation of employees.
  • Organizing events for recognition of the volunteers.
  • Data Management, Documentation and reporting.

  • Understanding of the employee volunteerism concept
