Reporting Relationship: Assistant Manager, Volunteerism —–>Manager, Volunteerism
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Rural Development
Work experience in years: Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing volunteer programs, preferably in the social sector.
Purpose of the role: Manage and execute employee volunteering activities in and around the Kalinganagar ecosystem.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Creation & execute the employee volunteerism activities in in and around the Kalinganagar ecosystem.
- Identify & coordinate with the partners for the execution of the volunteering activities.
- Facilitate Logistics management for volunteering events.
- Monitor and review feedback of volunteers.
- Ensure maximum participation of employees.
- Organizing events for recognition of the volunteers.
- Data Management, Documentation and reporting.

Functional Skill Sets Required:
- Understanding of the employee volunteerism concept
